We were a tough challenge for Baton Rouge realtors. We began remotely researching houses and agents from San Diego during the Covid pandemic. We eventually bought a terrific home in 2024. My wife and I met Josh 3 years ago after we saw a home online that happened to be in his neighborhood. By the end of our first meeting, we asked him to be our realtor for both the purchase of our new home and also the sale of our previous home. It boggles the mind how smoothly everything went. When I think of how he handled everything, I recall the old saying, “Jesus, take the wheel” and insert Josh’s name. He managed every step of the process at a microscopic level and made sure we did our due diligence to think through every decision. He even saved us from making a few bad decisions! I was overwhelmed with gratitude sitting on the balcony of our dream home while fanning myself with the check from the closing on our previous home. Since then, Josh helped our older son and his wife sell their home and purchase a new, larger home for their family; and Josh recently helped or youngest buy a home. There's not enough space here to recount all of the tall buildings Josh leaped with a single bound to help our family. My experience with this team was flawless. It can be very stressful finding a house in the midst of Covid, but Leighton made the process seamless. In the competitive market, houses could sell in a matter of hours. Leighton understood what I wanted and found my dream house after being on the market for 10 min. We were able to tour the house, write an offer, and close the deal within what seemed like an hour.Highly recommend!
